SPAR Health Academy, through S Buys Academy, aims to uplift and upskill individuals for the pharmaceutical service provision environment.

Pharmacists and their support personnel are classified as a scarce skill in South Africa.

Since 2002, the Academy has been involved with training Pharmacist’s Assistants (Basic) and (Post-basic).
